As Cofounder of Nova Outsourcing Management, I partner with small biotech and biopharma companies to streamline clinical outsourcing, contracting, and vendor management from the ground up. Nova is a results-driven provider of strategic outsourcing solutions, built exclusively for emerging life sciences companies. With deep, hands-on experience on both the sponsor and CRO sides, we help teams make smarter outsourcing decisions, reduce contracting friction, and accelerate clinical development. Together with Cofounder Murtza Naseem, I launched Nova to bring outsourcing back to basics—maximizing investment value, enabling win-win negotiations, and ensuring vendor partnerships actually work. We understand how to balance sponsor priorities with vendor realities and how to turn outsourcing into a true asset. Over the course of my career, I've led clinical outsourcing and contracting functions across Glaxo (now GSK), where I helped build one of the industry's first clinical outsourcing groups; Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI); Neeman Medical International (an SMO); Millennium/Takeda; Quintiles (now IQVIA); and Covance (now Labcorp and Fortrea). I also founded Love Contracts and Newbould / Love Strategies, helping small companies save millions through practical strategies and innovative deal-making. Most recently, I led the Vendor360 division at TriRadial Solutions.

With over 20 years of experience, I have led strategic enterprise transformations, complex global mergers, divestitures, and post-deal integrations across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. From launching 50+ EPMOs and IMOs to managing cross-functional teams of 250+ professionals, my focus has always been on aligning strategy with flawless execution. I have had the privilege of working with leading organizations like Parexel, Syneos Health, Kaiser Permanente, and Ernst & Young—guiding end-to-end M & A integrations, strategic program delivery, and operational readiness. Whether driving Day 1 execution or long-term synergy realization, I thrive in high-impact environments where transformation meets measurable value. Now, I am excited to channel this experience into my latest venture as cofounder of Nova Outsourcing Management, alongside industry leader Julia Love. Nova is dedicated to supporting small biotech and biopharma companies with clinical strategic outsourcing—bringing deep expertise to vendor selection, contracting, and operational management.
